1. Service Overview
LogoArc provides logo design, brand identity design, social media design, stationery design, and other creative services.
We reserve the right to update or modify services anytime.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before starting any project.
Additional revisions beyond the package limit cost ₹100 each.
No refunds once the work has started or files have been delivered.
Refunds apply only if no work has been delivered due to personal reasons.
3. Revisions & Approvals
Each package comes with a fixed number of revisions.
Revisions are meant for minor changes, not complete redesigns.
Once final files are delivered, the project is considered complete.
4. Delivery
Final files are delivered in formats such as AI, PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or as per package.
Delivery time may vary depending on package and communication.
5. Ownership & Copyright
You receive 100% full ownership rights after final delivery.
LogoArc retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio unless you request privacy.
You may trademark the final logo design (optional).
6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide:
Correct information
Clear instructions
Timely feedback
Delays in feedback may extend the project timeline.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are NOT applicable when:
Work has started
Concepts have been shared
Final files have been delivered
Refunds may be considered only before project initiation under special circumstances.
8. File Backup
We provide lifetime file backup free of cost.
You may request your files anytime.
9. Prohibited Use
Clients may NOT use the design for illegal, hateful, or trademark-violating purposes.
